Sax on the sidewalk

Stopped and talked to this man as he was playing in front of a grocery store the Saturday before Easter. I asked why I'd never seen him playing here before, and he said they only allowed him to play on Christmas & Easter weekends and only gospel or holiday music. Was shocked and I'll admit proud to hear this! Gave him a couple dollars and got permission to photograph him while he played me his favorite song to play on his sax. Meeting this kind man really made my day brighter, and I hope to see him again come Christmas!
