Off road...

I promise I only stopped to get this fantastic shot. It was nothing to do with needing to catch my breath.

What a ride. What a view! I can't recommend off road biking highly enough, it's a great way to see your environment in a different way.

And when you're tracing the Atlantic Ocean shoreline, it's really rather spectacular.
