The Woolpack

Occasionally they have a music afternoon in The Woolpack Inn at Boot in the Eskdale Valley, we went this afternoon and had a great afternoon lots of tunes and some lovely songs. Our old friend who had the stroke last year was with us and managed to sing a couple of songs, he was pleased to get through them without forgetting the words (a while since he has managed that) so he is obviously on the mend.
Before we left to come home I had a lovely pizza followed by sticky toffee pudding and custard.
