Day Thirteen

Today's picture is of an enormous ruin in Congo Town, Monrovia. It is owned by the government and they have plans to redevlop the building to house all the Ministries within it. The estimated cost of getting this done is over US$60million.

Call me crazy, but it would seem like total madness for the Liberian government to spend that kind of cash on such a project.

The security guards were kind enough to let me in and have a look around, it really is quite a place!
