Prep

I had role specific training for the Glasgow 2014 medical services at Hampden all day. It was an excellent day; especially the role specific bit at the end (I would say that; I was leading the session!) And lots of really good cake at regular intervals throughout the day. What's not to like about that?

Since I'd been saying to JT that I might cycle to some of my sessions, he decided to get some prep work in on the bikes. The evidence suggests more work required...
