Woke up early to finish Christmas desserts...today it was my delish white chocolate party mix, I've been making this for years! You can get creative with it - cranberries work well in this recipe.

1 pound white chocolate chips (I use 2 11oz. bags of Ghirardelli)
3 cups crispy rice cereal (Chex)
3 cups crispy corn cereal (Chex)
3 cups crispy chocolate cereal (Chex)
2 cups waffle or stick pretzels
2 cups peanuts (I use mixed nuts)
1 (12 ounce) package mini candy-coated chocolate pieces (I use mini M&M's)

In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, slowly melt the white chocolate.

In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels, peanuts and candy coated chocolates.

Slowly pour the white chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir to evenly coat.

Spread the mixture onto wax paper and cool.

Break into small pieces, store in an air-tight container and refrigerate to keep fresh.
