Urban landscape

I popped in to a #hackglasgow hackathon event today, at Pacific Quay in Glasgow. I listened to some of the practice pitches, and heard some fascinating ideas, some very technical, some very simple but innovative.

Afterwards, I had a wander around looking for photo opportunities. I was struck by the the landscaping around the very modern buildings, which created a calm, reflective space, despite the sharply defined areas of grass and trees. I thought that the vibrant green of the spring grass enhanced the modernity of the space.
