Spring Lamb
After Sarah cooked such a wonderful roast last weekend I had to copy her and I bought a leg of lamb from Aldi in the week and it was a bargain. I roasted it this afternoon whilst looking after my 'poorly' husband who was feeling a bit delicate after a 5am finish to a night out. It was also nice to see my boss Aideen who popped round to give me plenty of jobs to do tomorrow. So I guess that is the end of the holidays!
