Bittern

This morning found us in Harrogate for a local event based in the Valley Gardens and Harlow Carr. Wasn't at my best running from 10 to 12 missing number 11!

Thomas our youngest decided he would return to Newcastle University tomorrow rather than today. At least this allowed for a more relaxed afternoon.

Having not found a blip went for a wander with Jet. To my surprise there was a special steam weekend at the station. My walk coincided with the arrival of Bittern one of the Mallard class of engines. Photographers were out in force so I was lucky not to blip the back of anyone's head.

I hope I haven't overdone the treatment in an attempt too bring out the detail and atmosphere.
