Quality Time

After being away all day yesterday, I took L to the Time Capsule this morning whilst MrsT was left to some much needed housework chores.

At the TC we enjoyed the flumes, the slides, the waves, the bubbles, the rapids and the swimming.

After this we had lunch at McDonalds before I got a new pair of trainers at Go and L got a new sunhat.

L loved playing in the tents.

After this we popped into see a new show home in Bathgate but I wasn't too impressed.

Then into soft play in Livingston and L bumped into her wee friend T so they played happily for a while before returning home for dinner.

Meanwhile I have done my back in again this morning so have been popping painkillers all day. Not happy!!
