Easy like Sunday morning

This morning I completed the Bupa 10 mile Great Run in about 1h 40 - timing tbc

The running conditions were perfect, the route was scenic and all those who came to support were just fantastic - thank u

I feel great. & now looking forward to the 1/2 marathon in 4 weeks time.

Going to chill now & watch the footie but I think a cheeky glass of fizz may be on the agenda later :-)
