Two cultures.

Bought these cheeses yesterday for our weekend lunch. I only needed one pack of Cheddar, but I couldn't resist buying the New Zealand and Welsh cheese at the same time bearing in mind our recent trip.

As Karen pointed out, it really is a picture of two cultures (i.e., bacterial cultures and Welsh/NZ cultures).
