Survivors

Parts of my garden were treated today to a spot of weeding, turning and trimming whilst other parts were dealt a dose of my savage slash-and-dump skills. Well, the slash part at least. The dumping part will have to come later.

These poor babies found themselves on the end of the slash approach - still too beautiful to just leave to die on teh dump pile.

J popped in to visit and tell me about their recent Queen Charlotte track cycle ride. I can safely say that I am not within cooee of doing that ride, though it did sound like a great place to go. Maybe I will just continue on my slow road to small challenges.
