Busy day today , ran out to training then completed circuit class - didn't run back.

Pottered around the garden and decided to knock back a free ticket to the sons game - bad decision , they thrashed the league leaders 4-1 .

Friends round tonight for dinner and some civilised drinks as we have a big run to complete in the morning.
