Fading .........

............... beauty.

One of my birthday flowers from 6th April - they are doing well - not quite well enough to be rendered in colour here on blip though as there are a couple of raggedy leaves and petals and the colour is fading a little.

Although the sun is shining outside it is very chilly and also very windy - so no garden blip.

Especially for Hobbs (and he knows why!!) (and anyone else who is interested) ..... this is exactly what I did:-

Flowers in a vase, put on a stool
Take photo by open door against sky
Small crop (a slider and a click)
Convert to mono (one click)
Up the contrast (one slider)
Convert to "old photo" (one click)
Frame (one click and a slider)

(small free program - none of yer lightroom/elements/photoshop thingies!!!)


LOTS of post-processing there, eh!! Bad Anni :-))

Anyway, I like the result and it's "what I did this morning".
