Saddle Stool

The plan is coming together to make a stool which will double as a saddle stand. The idea being that you sit on the saddle.

It has taken a bit of forging, some welding, some grinding, cutting and bending to get this far...and I am not sure it is what I was originally thinking of. Having come this far though, I will just keep chipping away at it and see what the end result is.

I sat on it briefly today, without the saddle and it didn't collapse, which is probably a good result.

Next time I look at it I will do a bit of reinforcing, bit really, this is how the finished product will look.
