Sunset, Aoraki Mount Cook
I feel very privileged and blessed to have interrupted my evening fish to watch a gentle sunset over Aoraki Mount Cook, the highest peak in NZ.
Large is the only way to see this
Only 6 days ago I showed you this. Such is the nature of high mountains and a long skinny country stuck between two oceans, we get a lot of weather and you don't often get to see this.
I was spoiled for blips today. Big McKenzie country blue skies with tussocks and autumn colours but this won my heart.
Oh, and a fish for my smoker too so all good :-)
