I will miss you

Arrived back home last night. Received messages and calls today to tell me seine I loved dearly my mate Patty died last Thursday climbing in the Flinders Ranges.

Last Thursday I was driving up a mountain in NZ gazing at this cloud angel explaining to my son that it was someone from heaven saying hello.

Little did I know that at the same time my mate was passing into the next adventure.

Patty I will always miss you. I never thought there would be no future for us, no dinner tomorrow and no more laughter together.

I ache.
