First Visit to the Optician

Today I took my daughter for her first "proper" eye test. She had her eyes tested at the doctor's before she started school and at the time we were told her eyesight was "borderline", but nothing further needed to be done.

Recently we've noticed when she's been reading she's started moving the book closer to her eyes, so we decided it was time to get her eyes checked again. I have very bad eyesight, and have needed to wear glasses since I was not much older than my daughter is now, so I'm keen to keep an eye on both kids eyes.

She was very good at the opticians, did everything she was asked, and at the end we were informed that her eyesight was absolutely perfect. Whew :)
