Joe added to his medal haul again today, leading his heat and swimming another PB in the 400m free. Getting closer to his national qualifying time.

Other than that, a lazy day was had by all. Oh, I did pop out with Heidi to buy some new school shoes. Just like Chloe's. She's so proud.
