At home after 30 km cycling
My husband has always been very physically active, and one can say that he doesn't thrive properly if he doesn't do something physical each day. Workout at the gym, running outside, alpine skiing, cross country skiing, fishing etc. You get the picture ;) This morning he rode 30 km. on his bicycle while I swam only about 2-300 mtr. (I'm having a fibromyalgia flare and have to take it slowly). Despite the huge difference in our workout, we both were happy with our morning :)
