Party

The preparations were fraught and not without tears but little friends gathered unknowingly, filled a rather pink room, crunched Pom bears, sang Happy Birthday as a Hello Kitty cake appeared, played Pass the Parcel and Musical Bumps and left full of cake and clutching party bags. Big friends chatted and ate Chris's quiche, Mars bar crispie and lemon drizzle.

There was an after party party with Granny E, Weasa, Uncle Tom, Rebecca, Aunty Anna and Uncle Michael. A cottage pie tea, more cake and presents. E was so delighted she ran gleefully down the road, wearing only her new Sofia The Princess swimming costume, waving madly as our Guests headed south. So happy, such a perfect moment.
