Lakes and vineyards

Today we went towards the Rhein and walked alongside some beautiful lakes. As we were passing the vines from one of our favourite wines " Staatsschreiber" Blanc AOC Zurich, we saw a Hoopoe swooping amongst them. It was too far away to catch on film but magnificent to watch. Although the wine sellers were not open for business, we enjoyed a drop or two at home this evening as it was warm enough to sit outside.
