Springtime in Bridge-of-Allan

The cherry blossom is spectacular this year in the Memoorial park in Bridge-of-Allan.

In a little while the ground will be covered with fallen petals forming a bed of blossom.

All this is short-lived but its a welcome sign of warmer days ahead though the weatherman tells us to expect snow on the mountains this week with a sharp drop in temperature for the rest of us.
