At ease...

A wonderful morning spent at the Police Scotland headquarters at Tulliallan. We are partners in a brand new programme for young volunteers, and over 100 of them received their initial training awards at a special ceremony in front of family, friends and a fair sprinkling of dignitaries.

It was such a joyful experience, so full of pride for the young volunteers, the adult leaders and families. A real privilege to be part of it - which included me standing alongside the Chief Constable for all the individual photographs, which was great fun!

Here they all are, celebrating their milestone moment - a credit to their communities every one.
