Lemony deliciousness

Mr PB has been out all day doing an Audax (a cycle ride) so this morning I window shopped more bathroom stuff, popped in for a cuppa with my Ma, and then spent most of this afternoon cooking.

I made the most delicious lemon meringue pie, I have never made one of these before and it was a hit! Plus I made 3 curries for tea. I love spending an afternoon cooking, then having a lovely family meal. Its quite rare that all 4 of us are about for tea, usually L is out and about. Hours of cooking and suddenly its all gone in a few minutes. Success is all I can say.

By the way the recipe I used is here. I forgot to buy oranges so its got 4 lemons in!
