Bluebell time at Kew

Alerted by a tweet from Kew Gardens that the bluebells were in their prime, Clare and I braved an angry looking weather forecast and headed off there today.

We were rewarded by the best display of bluebells we've seen (we are usually a week too early or a week too late) and the weather forecasters were over pessimistic - a few spots of light rain but none of the torrential showers that were predicted.

Fortune favours the brave.
