Still Life

Some delicious vegetables and Brie.
I am a great fan of beetroot and have been enjoying it grated raw in salads recently.
Butternut squash is always tasty in so many ways, roasted, soup, risotto, salad, just to mention a few. Portobello mushrooms are excellent grilled with generous amounts of garlic and butter. The Brie with fresh crusty bread is mouth watering. I have been trying Somerset Brie and have found it to be as good as the French.
