For the first time I have ordered 6 more bottles of a delicious white wine called Cadireta, year 2013, Domaine Lafage near Perpignan, 100% Chardonnay from DveDeci, after monthly wine tasting from them. They recommend to drink it with goat cheese and luckily my dear farmer has cheese surplus these months. I hope I will be able to store the wine right way...
