Slender mongoose..........

What a lovely surprise today. I was in the garden and saw a mongoose running into the hedge and I didn't have my camera so thought I had missed it!

A few minutes later, I saw not one but three mongooses so I immediately got the camera - they move really quickly so I was delighted to get one or two shots before they scarpered off. I reckon they are either after the snakes or the chickens!!

Who needs to go to a game reserve to find wildlife.........I have it all in my garden!!
