Homemade Longganiza

Today was cooking day. My husby and I were busy preparing for orders of our newest dish - Spicy and Skinless Longganiza, a native Filipino delicacy.

In our home country, this dish is usually served during breakfast. Along with fried rice and sunny side-up or scrambled egg.
