Bits of Helsinki

A quick turn around the harbour after a morning of conferencing and before getting the bus to the airport. This is a bitty photograph - I know. I didn't have time to manoeuvre around to try and get a clearer photo of any of the elements - in the background a ferry or perhaps a cruise ship and a new ferris wheel. To the left, what is apparently one of Alvar Aalto's buildings (which apparently makes it untouchable - I'm quite a fan of modernism myself, but I'm not so keen on this). And at the front some sort of sailing vessel, perhaps a clipper ship. Not sure what it's called.

I was sorry to leave the hotel.

But I was glad that I remembered before the bus left that my bag was still in the hotel. Duh.
