Dad

Dad taught himself to draw; he likes to find a spot to sit and sketch. He is finding the farm a treasure trove of opportunities.

We picked Rae up from the airport this morning; she had some great news for us - she and Q got engaged two days ago. Happy for you, Rae. :-)

We headed off to Mass and two hours later, we emerged. It was good to catch up with some of the folks who will be coming to our wedding next week. There was food and drink and general celebrations.

Also good to remember those who fell to give us the freedom we enjoy today. ANZAC Day is always a solemn day.

Home to play cards with Rae, AB and DB and then early to bed.
