Scary!

I have a huge dislike for cows, heights and cows scare me. Thank The Lord I have never been scared by the 2 at the same time!
Went through the Ardgowan Estate for my walk/run/shuffle - not getting any better, I'm absolutely rubbish!
A whole herd of cows came wandering across to me as I was going down the path, me no likey!!
I was scanning the fields and path for an emergency exit just incase they managed to break through the rather flimsy fence!
I've discovered a new talent, I can take pictures as I'm running, but not of a very good quality I may add!
