Molly the Witch

Rare, delicate in color and in its paper thin petals, notoriously difficult to grow, and impossible for English speakers to pronounce, Peaonia mlokosewitschii (affectionately known as Molly the Witch) is one of the legends of the plant world.

Mine is prospering in the rock garden and presented well over a dozen fragile flowers this year, the first time that it has been generous.
