but these yellow tulips that The Husband's parents brought last Sunday are holding their own and bringing a little colour into my dining room until the ones in our garden poke through.

It is Friday and the end of a long, rough week. We've queued up The Wolf of Wall Street on iTunes, made some popcorn and I've had two wine coolers so I am duly numbed.
