Easter Sunday!

This morning the kids came out and hunted for their eggs from Easter bunny in the lounge room! As soon as Joti found hers she ripped open the wrapping and bit it's ears off!! We had to wrestle it away from her or she would have eaten the lot!

We went over to Fleur's house at 8.30 and made them pancakes for breakfast then the kids had an Easter hunt in their backyard! It was the quietest hunt I have seen. Fleur and Kaz had hidden the eggs in groups and the kids were only allowed to take one egg from each spot and had to do it quietly so no one else knew where the hiding spot was!! It was brilliant!!

We went down to Moffat beach about 10.30 and had a great time in the lake with boogie boards and the sand. Everyone went back to Fleur's for lunch but I stayed as Andy and Jon arrived from Brisbane! We had a swim in the waves with Lilja then Kaz and Joti came back to beach then I went to Fleur's to pick up Spencer and the car then came back to the beach and we had fish n chips with Andy and Jon before they drove back to Brisbane!

It was a wonderful day!!
