That's me?

This photo is appalling, I was in the same spot as the day before and it was fast approaching 12 so I had
to take something! At least it's a memory.

This chart is, I believe, woefully inaccurate. It's based on the fact that to be a leader you must be heroic. We aren't in an action movie... Or maybe I am just worried that it's telling me I'm awful at the one thing I think I am reasonably good at!
