Everyday I Write The Book

By Eyecatching

Spontaneity

So I get dropped off at seven o'clock this morning in the town centre five minutes from my office, and I go to buy my end of week treat - breakfast in Costa, which I usually take back to my desk. But today I thought: why not cut myself some slack. I have a horrible day ahead. So I sat down and read the paper with a latte and an egg and mushroom muffin with brown sauce.

Very civilised and I was still at work by twenty to eight.

And yes it was a very full on day, without a break as such, and very draining. But TSM picked me up and we did some shopping and I came home and carried on painting the bedroom; and now I am just abut to sit down to that culinary delight, giant Yorkshire pudding with veggie sausage, mashed potato, greens and gravy. Followed by toffee crumble. And a glass of red, red wine ...

Life's Good. At least at either end of the day.
