I'm blown away by the response to the photo of Teddy yesterday. Thank you so much - I'm a terrible member of the blip community at the moment: more of a bystander who manages to chuck something in. To get a crown on top of all that feels quite overwhelming.

A conference call this morning with Hong Kong has led me down a new path, and it's really, really exciting. I have to go to Edinburgh tomorrow to do some research on 'meaningful customer journeys'. I'm not sure I've ever had one - now I'm helping to create one. I've also got another pile of highchairs needing words throwing at them before we embark on the next project.

It's almost too much. But not quite. I couldn't be happier, feel more useful or more challenged. (And still a little bit like I'm going to get found out as the gatecrasher at a smart wedding at any moment.)

And I get to wear a crown. AWESOME! Thank you. Very, very lots x
