Crashing waves

It was a balmy Autumn day today. .I went to the beachfront to photograph waves, and to find a particular place where there are stunning wave formations. And yay I found it! The light was not right today and I was not in the right place but watch this space!
This is a view from Shark Rock pier looking towards beachfront restaurants. The popular swimming beach is behind me.
