A light lunch

This was the first day it's really been warm enough to eat on our balcony, usually the wind is too strong and cold. I was inspired to create a tower from slices of beef tomato and mozzarella di buffalo campana, with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a scattering of Basel leaves, not forgetting a cold glass of dry white wine of course! Mmmm yum!
