Ready, Willing, Able

I love these boys with all my heart. I can't believe how few days I have left with them. I'll be sure to make every one count.

Pretty successful day in school. I had a lot of stuff to do (none of it school-related, of course) and I got most of it done. Awesome.

Seahawk Invite at Cold Spring Harbor. Beautiful drive, and an incredible track. They have so much land it hurts. The fields are gorgeous. I kept having flashbacks to Counties here back in freshman year, 2011. I think I ran better tonight. We got there at 4:00 and the meet started at 5:30, but my race didn't hit the track until a little after 10:00. 4x1600, and I led off with 4:47. Still not what I want, but I'll take it for now. We came in second to Mepham by a step, but they had to work real hard to get it. I talked to a ton of amazing people at the meet today, and I'm going to miss them all next year. But I don't want to think about that too much just yet.

Home around 11:30, did some work, ate some chips, and now time for bed.
