Finally......

Finally I managed to get some Anemones today - I called at Bob The Flower's stand and he had two bunches, Italian actually, and so I declared them mine. They're mostly still in bud and will almost certainly be perfect for photographing right over Christmas when I won't be able to do anything with them.

For now I think I'll put them in the coldest part of the house and see if I can get them to hold off or at least slow them down a bit.

Whether he gets any more he doesn't know - he's had real trouble locating any this year for some reason.
