Lest We Forget

I went to the Anzac Day March this morning. There was a battle going overhead in the skies with thunder and lightning and it was teaming. I was doing the best I could holding an umbrella in the downpour trying to take photos so this is not the best of shots or even the best of what I took but for me it sums up the emotion I was feeling. A quiet reflection of the sacrifices made by our citizens for their country. I tip my hat to my neighbours across the ditch who of course form the other part of Anzac.
