Flowers Unfurling

Looking without seeing. I realize how much I've done that throughout the years. The daily search for a photo is something of a cure for that. I never noticed that the flower buds of the hibiscus are tightly furled like a flag, and gradually open up to the full flower that we recognize. This photo captures blossoms in slightly different stages as they open up, slowly revealing their beauty.
