Single Male Eider

Had to go to Ocean Terminal again on the way home from work, and was pleasantly surprised to see so many eiders in the dock swimming around a favourite old pier. Then on arrival home, the magnolia tree is in flower, looking very pretty in the late evening sun...difficult choices.

It's sometimes easier entering a picture of the last resort, when the weather has been bad, or taking any shot has been the lowest priority of the day...
