Bishop's Palace, Wells

Had a lovely day with my Mum. We got up really late, after sitting around chatting over breakfast, and a quick visit from my sister, too. Finally made it out of the house after midday, and walked/scooted down to the Bishop's Palace gardens. Had a lovely time wandering around the grounds in the sunshine for a good couple of hours, then had a delicious lunch in the café there.

Got back to my Mum's house shortly before my sister popped round with the kids after collecting them from school. My brother-in-law also joined us a bit later for a cuppa. Then had a quiet evening, just my Mum and me. Very relaxed :)
