The Duke

Went to a Clarins evening with Jess my youngest sons beautiful girlfriend.. We met in a little eatery/cocktail bar down a little alley way in Brighton.. Half price cocktails until 9pm so it would have been rude not to try one! We were extremely good and only had the one as we didn't want to turn up pickled and giggly...
As We left the Twisted lemon i noticed the Grand old Duke standing on his balcony... I don't know how long he has resided on this balcony, he could have always been there maybe i have never looked up before! I'm trying to find out the connection with the Duke and Brighton??
We made our way to Debenhams.. It's so weird being in a large department store after closing! The ladies were all very lovely, even though the demonstrator spoke to us as if we were all primary school children with lot's of oooo's and ahhhhhs! and waffled on about pollution and removing it from our skin... If i was wealthy enough to own all the products to prepare my skin for makeup and then remove the makeup, then cleanse and moisturise i don't think i would find the time for such a strict regime... I bought a couple of products and also came home with a few freebies which is the real reason we went along... Ladies these events are well worth going along to..Bucks fizz And nibbles.......ooooooooo, aaaaaaaaah!!!
