Tess went back to school today.
Joel was at college, Gemma was at work.

I bought loads of bamboo canes for my garden, we took the dog to the beach, and I finally sat down on my own and read through my autism assessment report.

I want to think about it and write about it but I feel I'm still dealing with some fallout from everything that's been going on in the last few weeks.

I felt quite anxious and overwhelmed today. I was glad I had the report to read to remind me why.
